Hey? Who'er you?

I've been noticing some new faces on the follow block. Nice to see you! and if I haven't stopped by and followed your blog yet, let me know and I'll send you some ninja style warm fuzzies.

This weekend was a mess of busy and I had no time to do anything but work, sleep and try to keep the munches from killing each other. They are very bit as rambunctious as boys, but so much more whiny, "Gah! how many time do I have to tell you, don't bite your sisters head" (yeah that's right, I said head, not arm or hand or ear, nope, head. The back of Booger's head has Pumpkin sized teeth marks in it. WTF kid?!?!)

We had a really nice night saturday, Jeeves rented the 'Adjustment Bureau' and we stayed in and watched it while cuddling the munches and having totally not diet food for dinner. I will not tell you what I made but it was really good, and I had to budget my calories carefully and measure the serving I ate to be sure. Let's just say it had bacon and cheese, and pasta. (yum) Then we went to bed early so we could get up and do church on Sunday which was a long but awesome day.

Sunday my friend Erin drove me into the city and we saw "Singing in the rain" at the Muny. The Muny is an outdoor theater that runs an eight week course of musical shows every summer. Next week Mutti and I are going to "Little shop of Horrors" ('I am your den-tist...'), and the week after is "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers" ('Oh!, Bless her beautiful hide...')

On the way home from the show last night, a sniffle I had developed turned into a full blown head cold, complete with the infuriating feeling of your nose running but being stopped up at the same time, the next few days are going to be rough.

I had to laugh just a bit about your girls being rambunctious. I have a tomboy in a little princess facade. She loves to dress up and wear pink (which is her newest favorite color), but still climbs on everything, and her favorite things to play with are sticks and rocks outside. Her legs are a mess of bruises, which are offset nicely by a frilly pink dress and messy hair!

Hope your cold goes away soon.. nothing worse than a summer cold.
