After digging a little further through the hilarity that is WebMD; I have discovered the name of my affliction.
PND: Post Nasal Drip which feels like crap hanging in the back of your throat and can make you feel sick to your stomach. Also associated with fatigue because...

There are lots of things that can cause this. The two that are most probable are baby baking(although the tests say no) or seasonal allergies (once again I live in Missouri so being allergy free is basically impossible). I am going to take a Sudaphed and hopefully be able to spend a few hours not worrying about coughing.

TMI Alert: As a direct result of birthing the munches, every unplanned spasm (cough, sneeze, big hiccup) causes a quick and terrifying moment where I'm sure I'm going to wet my pants. It's never actually happened, but it always feels like it will. So much so that I keep extra clothing at work, just in case.

Damn kids.
