Something is wrong with me. I can't get enough food in my stomach today, I believe she's being bitchy because I gave her lots of sugar last week, and not so much this week. In an attempt to fill the void I have consumed water, a whole bag of salad with salad spritzer, water, a can of soup, a whole bag of frozen broccoli with a few spray of no-cal butter, 4 ounces of grilled chicken, water, two protein bars, oh, and did I mention water.
I am going to watch a mindless movie and crochet all night to keep my hands and mind occupied so I don't go raid the chocolate animal cracker stash in the kitchen. I need diet prayers, make the beast be still and help me get through this temporary non-sense my stomach is putting me through.

Brush your teeth. You won't want chocolate when it will taste nasty because of toothpaste. I have purchased a huge thing of that dessert gum on Biggest Loser. Works like a charm.
Me freaking too. Starving. I cut a string cheese up just so it would last longer!!! Good luck!
That was me last week and part of this one. I am back to chewing gum. It's the only thing that will keep my mouth happy, my mind occupied and my stomach ... not full but something cuz it doesn't bug as much chewing gum. Good luck with your starving. Last week I asked Allan for some ideas...pop-corn he said, carrots he said... nuts and fruit. Didn't help much but some. Take care and have a blessed evening.
Sending diet prayers your way! Like one of the ladies above me mentioned, brushing your teeth might help. It does for me when the cravings won't go away.
What the hell is up with these past couple of days/weeks. It must be in the air because I've been starving! Like laying on the ground writhing in pain starving. Ok, it's realy all in my head but yeah.
Get some more water in. LOL
Tough when the gut seems to grow a mind of it's own. When real bad I try & sleep more, sometimes it works & others not so much.
